The Mental Training Centre specializes in personally tailored programs that help unlock the door to consistent top performance. We work with groups, teams or individuals to develop mental toughness using proven, research-based strategies for improving performance and well-being. In season and off-season training is provided on-site (rink/field/stadium/gym etc.) or in a private training room for teams, groups and individuals.
